
The Challenge
Following the merger of Southwest Solutions, we needed to develop a new, unified website that effectively represented the newly formed organization. This site had to seamlessly integrate programs, locations, and services from both original organizations while maintaining clarity and consistency.
A significant challenge was merging two distinct organizational voices—both nonprofits offered many of the same programs but had different ways of describing them and reported different statistics. Additionally, we faced a tight deadline while balancing this project alongside other major initiatives.
My Role
- As the Graphic Communications Manager, I was responsible for:
- Collaborating with vendors to ensure the new website aligned with our brand identity.
- Overseeing the visual and content strategy, ensuring a cohesive and professional online presence.
- Ensuring that the organization’s voice and mission were clearly conveyed throughout the website.
